Best Trainee
Shields provides as one of the few security companies in Indonesia a comprehensive training package to all employees as part of the standardization and motivation of guard force management. The training intensively focuses on: Detection of improvised explosive devices ( IED) , profiling, access controls, costumer service applications, loss prevention and understanding of surveillance methods, counter surveillance and detection of surveillance, conflict resolution processes and emergency response activities.
Corporate review service
A non – technical review was conducted during the evening hours to asses the on duty security and it was detected that their physical presence was non existent when our team arrived on site, after several minutes ( 15 to b exact) of calling for assistance did a person arrive
It is clear there is no supervision being applied to the personnel assigned to guard the premises. A detailed Risk Vulnerability Assessment ( RVA) can be conducted for all sites to outline the various property strengths and weakness. There will also be recommendations provided to mitigate observed vulnerabilities.
VIP and escort program
From time to time you may have a requirement to entertain Very Important Person ( VIP) and personal escorts are requested. Shields has the capability to assist our client upon request. The cost for this service is not included in the regular monthly rate.
Operational information program
The operational information program provides both management of our client and PT. Shields Bali security operations, indications and real time information defining threats and risk to our clients operation. The objective of the information program is to provide a 48 hour minimum to a 6 months maximum pre warning capability.
Security Guards Structure
Corporate review service – The service include risk assessment, loss prevention operation, commercial inquiries and integration of security system, asset protection, investigation include theft of trade secret and trademark and copy right investigation, intellectual property security and due diligence.
Human Resources program and training - The primary function is to reevaluate, address and confirm the quality of our existing resources, provide adequate evaluation according to Human resource protocols, and provide the solution for managing the existing staff. Comprehensive basic security introduction and refreshners training curriculum for the in-house employees deployed at our clients place.
Access and patrol program – securities screening and maintaining absolute access control to our clients places.
Security Leader ( on static side ) - to ensure the security detail are on duty and are performing their duties in accordance with the general and specific
